My soul magnifies the Lord, my spirit rejoices in God, my Savior.
On 25th March our Postulants, Kavita, Gorotti and Agnes. They have come open to discover how God is calling them into a new ways of walking, a new way of journeying and a new path to follow. Lord, “You are a Precious Pearl” on this day of Annunciation of the Lord, our postulants begin in joy and gratitude their journey into the sea of Novitiate to discover the precious pearl personally in religious life according to the charism of our holy founders Venerable Mother Elena Bettini and Fr. Thomoso Manini.
The Postulants listened to the voice of God four years ago and they decided to leave everything behind and follow the footprints of the Master going far from their home land as a foreigner in a foreign land. They cast their cares upon God, packed their bags and left their home in a place where languages and custom were unfamiliar but the word of God sustained them and they trusted in the promise of God who says, “You are my chosen one”. I chose you out of millions even before you were formed in the womb of your mother. Now fascinated by this call they are ready to begin a new journey, a journey to seek the precious pearl, Jesus.
Today as they stand in front of the Lord and this congregation they feel certain that they have been truly chosen by the Lord and with Mother Mary they too would say, “I am the hand maid of the Lord let it to me according to your word”.
Let us invoke the Lord to enlighten and guide them during this stage of intense formation and entrust them under the special protection of Mother of Divine Providence that they may imitate her “Yes” to the will of the Father in Heaven, that they may continue to bring forth His Divine Son in their soul, so that He will continue to be made manifest to the world through them.
